About Me

I am a teacher, researcher, and community-engaged scholar whose work explores how communication, technology, and human-centered approaches can improve lives. My research interests include user experience, artificial intelligence, health communication, human-computer interaction, and digital rhetoric.

I teach and design courses in professional writing and medical humanities. My teaching focuses on helping students develop the writing, research, and communication skills needed to navigate academic, professional, and community contexts. I am especially committed to positioning humanities education as a pathway to innovation, leadership, and career development.

Beyond my academic work, I lead and collaborate on initiatives that connect research with broader communities. I work to translate ideas into programs that support education, health literacy, and social impact through grant-funded projects, nonprofit leadership, and professional service.
